Thomas Initially obtained his Real Estate License in 1996. Born and raised in Sacramento, CA. He graduated from Christian Brothers High and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University in 1995. Thomas has been involved in thousands of transactions in his career and always puts his clients goals as the top priority.

Thomas developed his approach to client service in the competitive mortgage space working throughout all of California and specializing in complex California Residential and Commercial Lending on a large variety of residential and commercial properties and has routinely assisted clients to meet strict underwriting guidelines and capture the best terms available. Twenty years of success, both in real estate and lending, has provided an in-depth understanding of what it takes to buy or sell real estate in California.
